Elena Poughia – Managing Director
Elena is the Managing Director of Dataconomy Media GmbH and the Founder & Head Curator of Data Natives, Europe’s largest data science conference. She has a multidisciplinary background with studies in Economics and Modern and Contemporary Art from British Universities. She has worked for established galleries and pioneering institutions and co-founded an Art Events Company (2012) and an Independent Art Publication (2014) before moving to work for Dataconomy. She is particularly committed to supporting women by helping them become established in tech professions.
Stewart Rogers – Editor-in-Chief
Stewart is the Editor-in-Chief at Dataconomy, responsible for the content that is published every week, and overseeing sponsorships and other promotional activity, as well as hosting many of our events.
A seasoned editor and journalist, Stewart is a former staff writer and analyst for VentureBeat, and currently contributes to publications such as Grit Daily, Badass Times, and Hackernoon, in addition to his articles at Dataconomy. As a keynote speaker, he researches and delivers speeches on mental health in the tech industry, AI, AR, and other emerging technologies.
He is also a founder, musician, and photographer, and has spent the last several years as a digital nomad, moving from country to country every five days on average. He’s currently in Berlin, shackled by the pandemic.
Evgeniya Panova – Head of Content and Communications
Evgeniya is a communication and digital marketing specialist, shaping content to grow target audiences, generate quality leads, and position organizations as thought-leaders.
She has a diverse background in art and technology (World Heritage), and Psychology studies. Evgeniya worked for large-scale tech conferences, EU Commission projects, and corporate-startup matchmaking services as a communications lead.
