Get ready for a whole new level of gaming support! Microsoft is bringing artificial intelligence (AI) to your Xbox experience. With Xbox AI, getting help with your console is about to become easier and more convenient than ever before.

Xbox AI is being tested to make gaming support smoother and more efficient, from answering your questions to possibly even helping with game refunds.

It’s described as an Xbox Support Virtual Agent, which is an animated character capable of interacting with users through voice or text. The AI draws information from existing Xbox Support pages to provide responses to user queries, indicating a focus on streamlining customer support processes within the Xbox gaming ecosystem.
