ASUS unveiled the ExpertBook B5 Flip G2, a 2.9-pound convertible laptop featuring a 360-degree touchscreen. The device incorporates dual cameras and an MPP 2.0 stylus with a charging dock. It is powered by Intel’s Core 7 350 processor equipped with an 18 TOPS neural processing unit (NPU), up to 32GB of LPDDR5X memory, and 1TB of PCIe 4.0 storage.
The laptop is designed for versatility, operating in laptop, tablet, tent, and display modes. It supports all-day battery life and rapid charging capabilities, which allows for 60 minutes of use from just 15 seconds of charging. ASUS stated that the ExpertBook B5 Flip G2 is scheduled to launch in the third quarter of 2026, with pricing details yet to be announced.
Along with the ExpertBook, ASUS introduced three models of the Zenbook 14, which feature Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm Snapdragon processor options. The UX3480QA variant utilizes a Snapdragon X1 26 100 processor with 8 cores and a 45 TOPS Hexagon NPU. This model weighs 2.43 pounds and includes a 1,920 x 1,200 OLED display, up to 16GB of LPDDR5X memory, and 512GB of storage.
The Intel model, UX3480AA, is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor with 16 cores and a 50 TOPS NPU. It offers a 2,880 x 1,800 120Hz OLED display and up to 24GB of memory. The AMD variant, UX3480GA, features a Ryzen AI 9 HX 475 processor with 12 cores, supporting up to 24GB of memory. Both Intel and AMD models weigh up to 2.65 pounds and are equipped with USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, among other connections. Pricing and availability for the Zenbook 14 models will be disclosed at a later date.
ASUS also unveiled the ExpertBook P5 G2 and PM5 G2, available in 14- and 16-inch sizes. The PM5 G2 boasts up to 55 TOPS neural acceleration and meets MIL-STD-810H standards for durability against environmental factors. This model weighs 3.04 pounds and will arrive later this quarter with pricing to be revealed.
In addition, the company introduced the Vivobook S14 Flip and Vivobook S16 Flip, which are also 360-degree convertible laptops. These models feature 2K OLED touchscreens and support for ASUS Pen 3.0. They leverage Snapdragon X processors, achieving up to 45 TOPS NPU performance, and promise more than 20 hours of battery life with fast charging capabilities of up to 68 watts via USB-C.
