Rockstar has announced that Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6) will retail for $80 for the Standard Edition and $100 for the Ultimate Edition. Pre-orders for the highly anticipated game will open on June 25 at midnight for the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions.
Gamers who opt for the digital version can begin pre-loading on November 12, with the official launch set for November 19. The physical edition consists of a download code housed in a box, allowing for the same pre-loading date of November 12.
The Ultimate Edition for an additional $20 features digital extras, including weapons, cars, clothing, and tattoos. Players who pre-order or purchase before November 20 will receive the Vintage Vice City Pack, which includes a ’55 Vapid Stanier sedan and garage, as well as 1980s-themed outfits and hairstyles.
Rockstar’s announcement includes multiple screenshots that showcase elements of the Ultimate Edition, featuring main characters Jason and Lucia, as well as their outfits and vehicles. GTA 6 has experienced two delays but is confirmed for a November 19 launch, with Rockstar previously stating it could be “the largest game launch in history.”
