Amazon Web Services’ Generative AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC) has launched the Partner Agent Factory (PAF), a new co-innovation program designed to accelerate the development of enterprise-grade AI agents and tools. The initiative connects the GenAIIC with its Partner Innovation Alliance (PIA) partners to provide expert guidance and a unified go-to-market strategy, with the resulting solutions being made available on the AWS Marketplace.

Taimur Rashid, Director and Head of Generative Innovation and Delivery at AWS, described the program as a way to “democratize enterprise AI adoption” by combining AWS’s proven methodologies with the deep industry expertise of its partners.

To participate in the PAF, partners must first complete a GenAIIC bootcamp, which is followed by “PAF Academy” sessions to refine the solution’s business strategy and technical path to production. Solutions must then pass a comprehensive board review before being approved for publication on the AWS Marketplace.

AWS also announced the first four partners and their AI agent solutions launching through the PAF. OneByZero has introduced “ETL Crew,” an AI platform that automates the modernization of legacy ETL pipelines for cloud migrations, reportedly accelerating transitions by up to 50%. CI&T launched “CI&T Conversational Banking,” an agent that allows customers to perform banking tasks like checking balances or running loan simulations via WhatsApp.

Quantiphi debuted “QAIssist,” an AI-powered contact center solution that uses autonomous agents to handle complex customer requests over voice and chat. Finally, Crayon introduced “Crayon refiNER,” an AI framework for named entity recognition that automatically detects and refines entities, using feedback loops to improve its own accuracy over time.
