Samsung is expected to unveil its latest Galaxy Z foldable smartphones on July 22, 2026. The new lineup will reportedly include the Galaxy Z Fold8 wide, Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, and Galaxy Z Flip8, according to recent leaks.
The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra is set to retain the triple rear camera configuration from the Galaxy Z Fold7 but will upgrade the 12MP ultrawide camera to a 50MP sensor. The primary 200MP ISOCELL HP2 camera and the 10MP telephoto sensor will remain the same as those in its predecessor.
The Galaxy Z Fold8 is anticipated to feature a dual rear camera system comprising two 50MP sensors. It will also include a 10MP selfie camera on the cover display and an additional 10MP camera on the inner screen.
The Galaxy Z Flip8 is expected to be equipped with camera hardware similar to that of the Galaxy Z Flip7, featuring a 50MP primary camera and a 12MP ultrawide shooter.
Sales for the new Galaxy Z foldables are anticipated to start on August 5, 2026.
