A leak has emerged detailing specifications for the upcoming Google Pixel 11 family of smartphones. All models will utilize the Tensor G6 SoC, manufactured on TSMC’s 2nm process, featuring one ARM C1-Ultra core at 4.11GHz, four ARM C1-Pro cores at 3.38GHz, and two ARM C1-Pro cores at 2.65GHz. The devices will include a PowerVR C-Series CXTP-48-1536 GPU, Google’s Titan M3 security chip, and a MediaTek M90 modem.

The Pixel 11 will feature a 6.3-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1080×2424 and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It will offer 240Hz PWM and peak brightness of up to 2,200 nits. The expected RAM configurations are 8GB or 12GB, and it is anticipated to include a main camera with a resolution of 50MP. The battery capacity is rated at 4,840 mAh, likely labeled as a typical capacity of 5,000 mAh. Available colors will reportedly include black, green, pink, and purple.

The Pixel 11 Pro is expected to feature a 6.3-inch OLED screen with a 1280×2856 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, offering similar PWM capabilities and peak brightness of 2,450 nits. This model will support RAM options of 12GB or 16GB, include a new main camera, a telephoto camera, and a rated battery capacity of 4,707 mAh, estimated to translate to around 4,850 or 4,900 mAh typical capacity.

Meanwhile, the Pixel 11 Pro XL will boast a larger 6.8-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1344×2992, maintaining the 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz PWM. The peak brightness will also be 2,450 nits. It will offer RAM options of 12GB or 16GB with both a new main camera and telephoto camera. Its rated battery capacity is expected to be 5,000 mAh, likely marketed as 5,100 or 5,200 mAh typical capacity.

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold is set to include an internal folding display with a resolution of 2076×2160 and a refresh rate of 120Hz, alongside a cover display with 1080×2342 resolution, providing peak brightness of 2,050 nits for the internal screen and 2,450 nits for the cover display. It will feature 12GB or 16GB of RAM, and its rated battery capacity is anticipated to be 4,658 mAh, likely presented as 4,800 mAh typical capacity. All Pro models will replace the previous thermometer design with an RGB LED array integrated into the camera bar, resembling a smaller version of the Nothing’s Glyph interface.

According to the source, IR face unlock functionality “likely” won’t be included in the 2026 Pixels, countering earlier speculation. There are also concerns regarding an Indonesian release due to allegations of software exploitation, leading to stricter measures on Android bootloading in the region. Moving to a 2nm process is suggested to improve speed and reduce heat generation in the new devices.
