TikTok launched a new integration with website builder platform Wix, allowing users to link their website data directly to TikTok’s business platform. This integration simplifies content management and aligns ad campaigns, significantly benefiting Wix users.
Wix users can now access the capabilities through the Wix App Market by downloading the updated TikTok Ads integration. This new feature streamlines the process of incorporating the TikTok Pixel into Wix website code, enhancing ad targeting precision.
In addition to the TikTok Pixel, users can integrate TikTok’s Events API, which tracks website visitor interactions to improve ad relevance based on user behavior. TikTok stated, “By combining TikTok Pixel with Events API, businesses can capture more accurate conversion signals and optimize campaigns more effectively.”
According to TikTok, ad partners linking their TikTok Pixel and Events API data to Wix reported a 19% increase in incremental events and a 15% improvement in cost per acquisition. This integration aims to unlock advanced commerce capabilities for businesses.
With product catalog synchronization, the integration enables Video Shopping Ads, allowing businesses to showcase products and facilitate purchases directly from TikTok content. TikTok emphasized this functionality enhances user engagement and commercial effectiveness.
The integration also allows businesses to manage which data elements are connected to TikTok, offering greater functionality. With over 250 million Wix users globally, the platform stands to facilitate significant promotional and awareness opportunities for TikTok.
