In this post, we will uncover all the details behind ITT settlement claim, whether if you are eligible for a payout, what are the dates and deadlines, and what is the total amount.

If you’re one of the students who felt the squeeze from ITT Educational Services, you’re in luck! A whopping $1.5 billion settlement is on the horizon for those impacted by the high-interest student loans.  The lawsuit, based in the heart of Indianapolis, accused ITT Technical Institute of strong-arming students into taking loans with sky-high interest rates. The court’s not messing around – they’ve mandated a tidy sum to be repaid to those who weathered the financial storm.

The Indianapolis Court in the USA wasn’t pleased with how ITT Technical Institute (also known as ITT Educational Services) pressured students into taking High-Interest Student Loans. This led to students facing some serious financial troubles. Now, the court took action and slapped ITT Tech with a hefty $1.5 Billion lawsuit.
