Motorola has announced that its Razr Fold smartphone is now available for pre-order in the UK and Europe, with shipments beginning on May 6.
The launch marks Motorola’s entry into the book-style foldable smartphone market. Pre-order customers in these regions can secure a discount of £220 in the UK and €250 in Europe, reducing the price to £1,579.99 and €1,749.99, respectively.
Motorola will accept pre-orders until May 3. Customers who place a pre-order will receive a Moto Watch and Moto Buds Loop earphones at no extra cost.
The Razr Fold is priced at £1,799.99 in the UK and €1,999.99 in Europe before the discount. However, there is currently no information regarding its availability in the US market.
The smartphone features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, includes three 50MP rear cameras, and boasts a 6,000 mAh battery. Motorola’s US website only offers a notification form for potential customers awaiting news of the device’s release in their region.
