Apple just dropped the news: WWDC 2025 is slated for June 9-13, mixing online sessions with a live keynote shindig at Apple Park. Developers who threw their hats in the ring for a ticket are now finding out if they made the cut.
In an email dispatched to lucky attendees, Apple exclaimed, “Congratulations! You’ve been selected to join us at the special event at Apple Park on Monday, June 9 – and we’re thrilled to invite you to additional activities before and after as well.”
The WWDC 2025 special event will feature the unveiling of iOS 19 alongside Apple’s other forthcoming software updates, plus the Platforms State of the Union. Apple experts will also be on hand for the invited developers.

Apple says the golden ticket winners were picked “by random selection,” emphasizing that these passes are non-transferable. While the tickets themselves are free, winners will need to foot the bill for their own travel and lodging.
Adding to the fanfare, Apple has also extended invitations to “distinguished winners” of the Swift Student Challenge 2025, offering them a three-day experience in Cupertino, crowned by the special event at Apple Park.
According to Apple, “Be there for the reveal of the latest Apple tools, frameworks, and features. Learn to elevate your apps and games through video sessions hosted by Apple engineers and designers. Engage with Apple experts in labs and connect with the worldwide developer community. All online and at no cost.”
