Samsung Electronics has announced the rollout of the Galaxy AI features to more Galaxy devices through the One UI 7 beta program, enhancing the mobile AI experience.

Samsung rolls out Galaxy AI features in One UI 7 beta program

The beta program will begin on March 6 for the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 in India, Korea, the U.K., and the U.S., with additional devices expected to be included later this month, such as the Galaxy S23 series, Tab S10 series, and A55.

Users interested in participating can apply through the Samsung Members app, with the official One UI 7 update set to be available in April. One UI 7 incorporates leading AI agents with multimodal capabilities, significantly improving the user interface to facilitate more intuitive interactions.

The initial phase of the beta program features the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6, with a broader rollout planned for the Galaxy S23 series, the Galaxy Tab S10 series, and the Galaxy A55 by the end of March. However, it is noted that older or less powerful hardware may restrict access to certain features, an observation acknowledged by Samsung in mid-February.

As users express their thoughts, some have requested additional features, including a built-in app locker for easier access and security options. In addition, there are concerns over software updates across flagship devices, highlighting a desire for longer support durations and enhanced performance.
