Method:

When figuring out the percentage representation of each country, we based our calculations on a canvas sized 3000×2000 pixels.

For those nations who demonstrated their artistry more than once on different sections of the canvas, we considered only the most sizable flags within the r/place final image 2023, disregarding the smaller flags for the purpose of our tally.


Reddit pixel battle draws to an end


The subsequent ranking sheds light on the top 20 countries, though we’ve decided to omit countries with a representation below 0.1% from the ranking.
