Apple released a teaser on the Apple Fitness+ Instagram account announcing that something big will arrive on the service in 2026. The Instagram Reel shows multiple people reading a newspaper titled Apple Fitness+ Times, which displays headlines about upcoming plans.

The teaser appears as an Instagram Reel. In the video, individuals hold and examine copies of the Apple Fitness+ Times newspaper. This fictional publication contains several prominent headlines teasing developments for Apple Fitness+. The newspapers integrate images depicting scenes from actual Apple Fitness+ training sessions, providing visual context to the service’s workout content.

The headlines featured on the front pages read as follows:

The Reel’s caption states verbatim, “Word on the street is that Apple Fitness+ has big plans for 2026… stay tuned!” This phrasing encourages followers to anticipate future updates from the service.

Apple published the post shortly after a Bloomberg report stated that the future of Apple Fitness+ was under review. The report outlined internal discussions regarding the service’s direction. The teaser demonstrates Apple’s continued investment in new content production and promotional efforts.

A few weeks prior to the teaser, Apple announced an expansion of Apple Fitness+. This update introduced AI-powered voice dubbing technology. The dubbing enables content delivery in additional languages, facilitating the service’s launch in 28 new markets. A further rollout in Japan is scheduled for early next year.

One headline specifically references timing, noting that experts predict January will be one to watch in connection with the 2026 plans. Details about the content remain undisclosed in the teaser.

Separately, reports indicate Apple plans to release an AI-powered health service in 2026. The Instagram post focuses on Apple Fitness+ developments and does not reference this health service.
