The Xiaomi 18 Pro is set to launch in September alongside the Xiaomi 18 and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max, and these devices are expected to be the first to utilize Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipsets. Digital Chat Station revealed key specifications of the Xiaomi 18 Pro on Weibo.
The Xiaomi 18 Pro will reportedly be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro System on Chip (SoC). The device is designed with an ultra-clear small flat screen featuring large rounded corners and ultra-narrow symmetrical bezels on all four sides.
It is expected to include a 200MP main camera with an ultra-large sensor and a 200MP telephoto macro camera also equipped with a large sensor. Additionally, the smartphone is anticipated to have upgraded dual speakers and a relatively large vibration motor.
The battery capacity of the Xiaomi 18 Pro is predicted to be at least 7,000 mAh, with support for 100W wired charging as well as wireless charging. Uncertainty remains regarding whether the device will launch with Android 17.
