An Android Auto glitch has been reported, causing some phones to reboot upon interaction with the app, leaving many users searching for solutions. Posts on support forums, including Reddit, indicate that the issue occurs when users attempt to play a song, send a message, or use a voice command with Android Auto.

Android Auto glitch causes phones to reboot

While Google has not officially acknowledged the problem, reports suggest it is affecting specific versions of the app—namely 13.4 and 13.5, which rolled out in late January and early February. Affected users noted that the rebooting issue does not seem to be linked to the physical connectors, as it occurs with both wired and Bluetooth connections.
