Google’s upcoming product launch on August 20 will likely feature a new addition to its audio lineup, the Pixel Buds 2a, according to an exclusive Android Headlines article. Leaks have surfaced, offering a glimpse into the design and color options of these anticipated earbuds. The launch event is expected to showcase the Pixel 10 series and Pixel Watch 4, making the Pixel Buds 2a a further point of interest.

Android Headlines reported a render of the Pixel Buds 2a, providing a visual representation of the product. This render showcases the earbuds in the “Iris” color, a hue also associated with leaked images of the Pixel Watch 4. The image displays the earbuds within their white charging case.

Beyond the “Iris” colorway, it is suggested that the Pixel Buds 2a may be available in additional colors. Earlier reports indicated the potential availability of “Fog Light,” “Hazel,” and “Strawberry” color options. These leaks suggest Google intends to offer a variety of aesthetic choices for the new earbuds.

The “Moonstone” color, which appeared in a recent Pixel 10 leak, is reportedly associated with a different product. The leak featured an image of earbuds in the “Moonstone” color, identified as the Pixel Buds Pro 2. This suggests that “Moonstone” will be a new color available for the Pixel Buds Pro 2, rather than the Pixel Buds 2a.

Along with the Pixel Buds 2a, Pixel 10 series, and Pixel Watch 4, Google’s August 20 launch event may also introduce new accessories. Expectations include the unveiling of Qi2-compatible Pixelsnap accessories. These accessories could encompass a charger, a stand, and a combined stand/charger unit.
