Homestyler, a global interior design SaaS platform, presented its cutting-edge AI-driven solutions at NVIDIA GTC 2025, demonstrating how artificial intelligence is transforming the home design industry. Dr. Bing Sun, CTO of Easyhome, and Xingjian Ma, Head of Global Operations of Homestyler, shared insights on how these technologies are streamlining user experiences for consumers, designers, and businesses.

Homestyler, serving 18 million users, addresses the challenges of articulating design visions and navigating complex design processes. Dr. Sun emphasized the difficulties consumers face in expressing their preferences and designers encounter in managing vast design options. He also touched on the challenges of non-AI specialist companies integrating complex AI infrastructure.

Homestyler introduced an AI Agent that uses natural language to help homeowners define their functional and aesthetic preferences. Generative AI enables users to visualize unique design elements.

Key AI-driven components presented include:

  • AI Modeler: Converts images into 3D models, allowing users to incorporate real-world inspirations into their designs.
  • AI Designer: Generates multiple design solutions based on prompts and reference images, powered by Edify’s diffusion algorithm.
  • Home Copilot: Engages users in natural language dialogue, connecting design ideas with model and case libraries using USD Search.

Homestyler leverages NVIDIA’s technology, including Omniverse’s Edify/OpenUSD/Nucleus system, RTX rendering, and the NIM framework, to enhance its AI capabilities. This integration has reduced model training time and costs, while accelerating AI initiatives.

“Our partnership with NVIDIA has allowed us to deliver unprecedented efficiency and innovation in design workflows,” Dr. Sun stated.

The AI-driven enhancements provide users with rapid, high-quality renderings and real-time collaboration capabilities, making design accessible even to those without prior experience.

Homestyler’s future plans include creating a digital supply chain for product transactions and service matching, and introducing smart home renovation features like single-click construction drawing exports.

“Our goal is to empower every individual to visualize and realize their dream living spaces using AI technology.” Dr. Sun affirmed.
