NAB internet banking outage: Yes, it is not working

NAB internet banking outage continues to disrupt services for millions of customers, as the bank’s online platform remains inaccessible via computers. Despite the outage, the bank’s mobile app has been restored and is now operational. NAB, which serves approximately 10 million customers, announced it is actively working to resolve the ongoing issues affecting its online banking services.

The NAB internet banking outage has led to significant inconvenience for customers attempting to access their accounts online. Those who tried to log in to either the app or the online banking platform today were greeted with messages indicating that the service was unavailable. In response to the disruption, a NAB spokesperson issued an apology and assured customers that the issue is being addressed.

“We’re aware of an issue currently impacting some of our services including internet banking, mobile and desktop”.

They emphasized that NAB’s technology team is diligently investigating the cause of the outage and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. To keep customers informed, the bank is utilizing banners in its digital banking channels and providing updates across social media platforms.

While the NAB internet banking outage continues to affect desktop users, there has been progress in restoring services. The bank confirmed that its mobile banking app is now operational, allowing customers to access their accounts and perform transactions through their smartphones. NAB expressed its commitment to resolving the remaining issues with its internet banking service, stating,

“We are working to resolve remaining issues with internet banking”.
