Imagine a typical Monday evening – the day is winding down, and people are going about their routines. But suddenly, something unexpected hits: Westpac’s online banking system goes dark. Customers found themselves in a real pickle – no access to their accounts, cards refusing to cooperate at the checkout, and even their account details vanishing from their phones! It’s like a plot twist in a movie, but this time, it’s real life, causing chaos and frustration. So, what happened?
