San Mateo based marketing intelligence firm Everstring announced the appointment of its new Vice President of Finance Eric Amblard. With over ten years of experience in the predictive analytics industry, Eric will be a great asset to Everstring bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He will be responsible for financial strategy, corporate expansion and operations.

EverString’s predictive analytics platform helps B2B companies identify and engage with the best customer prospects. They enable companies to unlock customer insights buried in their internal data and also connect it with the vast amount of data available from public and proprietary sources across the Web. EverString helps companies leverage data to optimize sales and marketing capabilities.

President of EverString, J.J. Kardwell stated- “Eric will play a key role in our growth as we continue to transform B2B sales and marketing through predictive analytics,”  Kardwell added-. “We are fortunate to be joined by a seasoned finance and operations executive who has worked with other fast-growing startups and who also has deep experience in predictive analytics.”

Eric Ambrald has driven finance and operations for Fortune 500 companies and successful start-ups. He was previously engaged as a provider of predictive analysis for business users at KXEN. Eric played a key role in leading post- merger integration efforts for all KXEN entities following its acquisition by SAP in 2013. He has also worked with Intel and Ensim and advised organisations like Benhamou Global Ventures on predictive analytics.

“I am thrilled to join EverString at this point in its amazing growth,” Amblard commented. “I have spent more than ten years in the predictive analytics industry, and EverString’s capabilities are truly revolutionary. I am looking forward to working with EverString’s highly-accomplished team as we change the way B2B marketers approach demand generation.”

Everstring was started in September 2012 by ex-NASA engineer Patrick Martinchek and former investment banker Vincent Yang, who are both students at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. It’s highly coveted 39 member team is comprised primarily of neural network scientists, natural language processing scientists and distributed computing experts. EverString’s team also includes executives and early employees from Marketo, Salesforce, and other leading enterprise technology companies.
