Stefan Badža

Stefan Badža is a Serbian public policy and technology leader who served as an advisor in the Office of the Prime Minister and to the National Assembly. He has played a central role in shaping Serbia’s national AI strategy, establishing the country’s first Institute for Artificial Intelligence, and advancing major national initiatives in supercomputing, innovation infrastructure, and AI education in primary and secondary schools. Badža also represents Serbia on the global stage, speaking at leading international conferences—including the World AI Summit—and contributing to global AI governance efforts through Serbia’s active participation in the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI).
