As Commercial Lead, Karan manages Xandr’s direct-to-advertiser relationships across Northern Europe. Working across the buy-side, he is responsible for ensuring advertisers and agency requirements are met through the use of Xandr’s technology. With over 10 years’ experience, Karan has worked in a number of roles across data consultancy & ad-tech, from managing high-profile retail/FMCG brands at Dunnhumby in both Canada & the UK, to premium publisher clients at Rubicon. In August 2020, Karan became a mentor at Media for All, an organisation set up to encourage more Black, Asian and other ethnic talent into media, providing a support and mentoring network to ensure that future talent flourishes.
