Big Sur AI wants to boost online sales by 15%

Big Sur AI launched its expanded AI e-commerce product suite at Shoptalk 2025 in Las Vegas. The platform aims to mimic in-store assistance with personalized AI agents, boost traffic via AI search engines, and increase retailer sales by up to 15%.

Big Sur AI, a pioneer in AI-powered e-commerce solutions, offers specialized AI agents designed to transform online shopping.

“Online shoppers today expect immediate, personalized assistance, yet most retailers, especially small and mid-sized businesses, lack the resources to deliver this experience,” said Vinod Ramachandran, CEO of Big Sur AI. He added that suite lets merchants of all sizes use their AI without “paying fees for every customer acquisition.”

The company claims its suite optimizes the pre-purchase experience. Key features include:

  • AI Sales Agent: Provides real-time, conversational product guidance.
  • AI Content Marketer: Creates hundreds of landing pages to improve brand visibility.
  • Adaptive AI Quiz: Guides product discovery and aims to reduce cart abandonment.
  • AI Data Scientist: Answers questions on business and product metrics for faster decision-making.

KURU Footwear, a heel-first footwear brand, partnered with Big Sur AI to guide customers to the right product. Preston Van Dyke, CMO of KURU Footwear affirms, “Big Sur AI doubled our Shoe Finder Quiz conversation rates. They’re an agile and solid partner to have.”

Big Sur AI also launched the Big Sur AI Innovators Program, an initiative for brands seeking to accelerate AI transformation. Qualified participants can join a community of industry pioneers.
