Anthropic has partnered with Teach For All to deliver artificial intelligence (AI) tools and training to educators across 63 countries.
The AI Literacy & Creator Collective (LCC) initiative will provide over 100,000 teachers and alumni from Teach For All’s network, which serves more than 1.5 million students, with AI fluency development and opportunities to adapt Claude for classroom use.
Teach For All, a global network of independent organizations, focuses on expanding educational opportunities, having grown over 15 years to serve students in under-resourced schools through entities like Teach For India, Enseña Chile, and Teach For Nigeria.
This collaboration positions teachers as co-architects in AI development, with Anthropic granting access to Claude and educators providing direct feedback to inform product evolution.
Wendy Kopp, CEO of Teach For All, stated that teachers must shape AI usage and design for equitable educational outcomes. Michael Gilmore, COO of Teach for Australia, noted the learning opportunity derived from combining real-world experiences with technical insights, anticipating continued participation in 2026.
Educators are developing tailored tools; for example, a teacher in Liberia created an interactive climate education curriculum using Claude Artifacts after attending AI LCC live trainings. In Bangladesh, a teacher designed a gamified math learning app for Grade 6 and 7 students struggling with numeracy. Rosina Bastidas, a tech educator at Enseña por Argentina, reported developing multiple educational artifacts and designing interactive digital workspaces aligned with the curriculum after discovering Claude through the initiative.
Oscar Onuoha, IT Lead at Teach For Nigeria, highlighted the partnership’s role in connecting organizations navigating similar technical opportunities and fostering significant learning in responsible AI implementation.
The AI Literacy and Creator Collective comprises three programs:
- The AI Fluency Learning Series, developed with Anthropic’s education team, features six live episodes on AI fluency, Claude capabilities, and classroom applications. Over 530 educators attended the first series in November 2025.
- Claude Connect serves as a continuous learning hub where over 1,000 educators from more than 60 countries exchange prompts, use cases, and discoveries through daily peer-to-peer discussions.
- Claude Lab offers educators Claude Pro access for testing practical implementations with advanced features. Participants receive monthly office hours with the Anthropic team and contribute to Claude’s product roadmap. The program received over 200 applications within four days of its announcement.
This initiative expands Anthropic’s educational work, including a national AI education pilot in Iceland and a partnership in Rwanda with the government and ALX to provide AI education to learners across Africa. Anthropic also participates in the White House Taskforce on AI Education to support AI skill development for students and educators in America.
Examples of educational tools emerging from this partnership include a climate curriculum developed in Liberia, a math game designed in Bangladesh, and digital workspaces in Argentina, demonstrating the potential for educators to guide students through AI’s impact on knowledge creation and sharing.
Anthropic aims to ensure educators in all communities, including those with limited resources, can contribute to and benefit from AI’s potential.
