XBrew Lab debuted its EverNitro countertop nitro beverage machine at CES 2026, offering nitro coffee enthusiasts an accessible option without cartridge waste or high costs by generating nitrogen directly from ambient air.
Nitro coffee consists of cold brew coffee infused with nitrogen gas. This infusion produces tiny bubbles that yield a silky-smooth texture and a naturally sweeter taste with reduced bitterness, comparable to the mouthfeel of a Guinness beer.
EverNitro positions itself against competitors such as NitroBrew as a long-term, affordable all-in-one solution. Founder and CEO Terry Tan stated, “We offer the quality of a commercial tap with the footprint of a coffee maker. While others sell you gas, we give you technology to harvest it for free.”
The device achieves 95% nitrogen purity. It draws nitrogen from the surrounding air, thereby eliminating reliance on single-use cartridges. This approach delivers a cost-effective and environmentally friendly method for home nitro beverage preparation.
The machine measures compactly to fit on a kitchen counter or store on a shelf. Its canister holds coffee, cocktails to achieve bar-quality results, or other beverages. Users select pressure levels ranging from 0 to 8 BAR, a metric unit measuring pressure intensity.
Operation proves straightforward. Users load the beverage into the canister, and the machine processes it into a finished nitro drink within minutes. A companion app supplies updates and additional functionality to support device management.
XBrew Lab launched EverNitro on Kickstarter in October, securing over $570,000 in funding. This amount reflects substantial backing despite the product’s premium pricing structure.
The Lite version retails at $470, available to Kickstarter backers for $290, and includes the machine and one canister. The Pro version retails at $583, or $337 for backers, and incorporates the machine, two canisters, a coffee bean preservation jar, and whipped cream kits.
A comparable countertop unit from NitroBrew carries a price of about $1,000.
