Apple’s music-identification app, Shazam, has received a significant redesign for iOS, adopting the “Liquid Glass” visual language recently introduced by the company. The update, which is available now, requires users to be running iOS 26.
As first spotted by 9to5Mac, the update provides a “sleek” new look that goes beyond aesthetics. The app’s home screen is now more functional, displaying recently identified songs directly on the Home tab for a quick glance at past results.

The interface also features a revamped toolbar that allows for faster navigation between the app’s different sections, including a tab for finding nearby concerts. Additionally, the search function has been separated into its own distinct button at the bottom of the screen, making it easier to access.
