Just two weeks after launching its new, highly experimental testing program, Google has released the second Android Canary build for its Pixel devices. The new release, identified as build ZP11.250627.009, is now available for the Pixel 6 series and all newer models, including Pixel Fold and Pixel Tablet devices.

The Android Canary track was introduced earlier this month as a more cutting-edge alternative to the existing Android Beta program. It is designed for developers and testers who are willing to trade device stability for the earliest possible access to features still deep in development and is not recommended for primary devices.

For users already enrolled in the Canary program, the new build will arrive as a standard over-the-air (OTA) update. Those wishing to join the program for the first time must use the Android Flash Tool to manually install the Canary build onto a compatible Pixel device, after acknowledging the risks involved with running unstable software.
