Infinitus Systems, Inc. has launched its first patient- and provider-facing voice AI agents designed for healthcare applications where trust is paramount. The company’s voice AI platform has powered over 100 million minutes of healthcare conversations, benefiting more than a million patients.

The Infinitus voice AI platform is engineered to ensure patients’ and providers’ trust in AI agents by providing accurate, around-the-clock access to curated expertise. Its multi-modal, multi-model architecture supports complex patient conversations with over 100 exchanges, adhering to approved content, provider and plan procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Infinitus’ AI agent architecture includes four innovations designed to build trust: AI response control to prevent hallucinations, a specialized knowledge graph for trusted information exchange, AI review for trusted outcomes, and a robust security and compliance program. The platform adheres to SOC 2 and HIPAA requirements, incorporating bias testing, protected health information redaction, and data retention.

The patient-facing AI agents can proactively call patients with prompts and follow-ups, provide around-the-clock availability for patient calls, improve healthcare literacy, and support medication adherence. Provider-facing agents deliver accurate details to simplify reimbursements, automate care coordination, and save time. Zing Health, a Medicare Advantage provider, has deployed Infinitus’ patient-facing AI agents to perform comprehensive member health evaluations.

“Infinitus has become a key part of our onboarding process by efficiently completing health risk assessments within the first 60 days of a new member’s journey,” said Meghan Speidel, COO at Zing Health. Infinitus has also expanded its payor-facing AI agent offerings to support insurance discovery and prior-authorization follow-ups, including Medicare Part B and Medicare Beneficiary Identifier look-up.

Infinitus’ recent launch follows its recognition on Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2025 list. The company is a trusted solutions partner to 44% of Fortune 50 healthcare companies, leveraging its AI native architecture to ensure data accuracy, safety, and support for healthcare organizations at scale.
