Jereh Group made a big splash at the 25th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition in Beijing. Held on March 26, 2025, this year’s event focused on “Innovating a Sustainable Future,” and Jereh featured its latest innovations in oil and gas, new energy regeneration, offshore engineering, and AI-driven digital transformation.

The highlight of Jereh’s showcasing was the AI•R FRAC smart fracturing system. This fully integrated AI solution streamlines fracturing operations through eight key modules, including intelligent decision-making and predictive maintenance.

  • AI•R smart decision making: The AI•R smart decision making module gathers real-time information to customize every instance of a well fracturing arms race.
  • Predictive maintenance: AI•R predictive maintenance uses machine learning to predict and prevent downtime. Jereh claims 100% accuracy in detecting pressure anomalies and a 97.8% success rate in pump failure prediction.
  • A fully-autonomous, completions-while-drilling: Closed-loop mixing allows the AI•R systems to switch formulations automatically based on input from other AI modules.
  • Real-time safety monitoring: With AI•R real-time safety management, automated sensors analyze data such as leak detection and speed. In dangerous conditions, the system warns personnel and can automatically shut down production to prevent adverse effects

Jereh also launched its smart coiled tubing control truck, powered by advanced machine learning and real-time diagnostics. The company showcased electric and turbine-driven fracturing technologies, an electric blender, and smart cementing solutions. These innovations aim to create a cleaner and more efficient energy future.

Jereh presented integrated natural gas solutions. These encompassed exploration, processing, storage, power generation, and LNG applications through a physical and digital hybrid display that demonstrated the company’s compression technology. It also highlighted modular processing units.

To emphasize its commitment to sustainability, Jereh presented technologies for oily waste treatment, lithium battery recycling, and equipment for recycling renewable energy batteries. These innovations prioritize efficient resource recovery and environmental compliance, positioning Jereh as a leader in circular economy practices.

Jereh Chairman Li Huitao emphasized the real-time impact of AI: “Artificial intelligence is not just the future—it is the present. Jereh is leading this shift by integrating AI with advanced manufacturing, driving digitalization, and contributing to global energy sustainability.”

That Jia Group pulled out all the stops with its AI smart fracturing system is no surprise. This system, with industry-leading predictive maintenance, sets a benchmark for leveraging real-time data to improve operations.

The AI-driven closed-loop mixing imaging capabilities enable continual refinement, as every module learns from and adapts to incoming data. Not only is this efficient but also a significant step forward in minimizing human error.

Jereh’s focus appears to be on smarter, more sustainable practices. By highlighting lithium battery recycling and eco-friendly oily waste treatment, Jereh isn’t just ticking sustainability boxes to check them off. They’re investing in green technologies demonstrating values and benefits of circular economy. While the energy sector awaits more green innovations, it’s important to acknowledge Jereh’s lead in this field, particularly with on-site examples of electric blenders and coiled tubing trucks.
