Infosys and Citizens expand collaboration for AI-driven transformation

Infosys highlighted its "Infosys Topaz" AI expertise as a key component of the expanded collaboration

Infosys, a global digital services and consulting company, has announced an expanded strategic collaboration with Citizens, a major US financial institution. The partnership will focus on leveraging Infosys’s expertise in AI, cloud, and automation to further Citizens’ digital transformation.

Key objectives and past achievements

The expanded collaboration aims to utilize AI and cloud technologies to create highly personalized customer experiences, improve operational resilience, and foster an ecosystem of FinTech and hyperscaler collaborations. Citizens will utilize Infosys for AI, cloud and automation.

Over the past five years, the two companies have collaborated on several initiatives, including:

  • Developing and implementing a strategy and blueprint for domain-centric platforms.
  • Establishing a data lake.
  • Developing enterprise APIs.
  • Achieving 90% test automation.
  • Migrating critical workloads to the cloud.
  • Rationalizing applications and tools.

Infosys highlighted its “Infosys Topaz” AI expertise as a key component of the expanded collaboration. The companies stated their aim is to redefine possibilities in banking.
