hireEZ and Talroo partner to streamline frontline and skilled trades hiring

The partnership integrates Talroo's "TalentSync" database, which contains millions of active, first-party profiles of frontline and skilled trades workers, with hireEZ's platform

AI-powered talent acquisition platform hireEZ and AI-driven job advertising provider Talroo have announced a strategic partnership. The collaboration aims to help companies more efficiently fill frontline and skilled trades roles by combining Talroo’s specialized candidate profiles with hireEZ’s analytics and candidate management capabilities.

Combining frontline candidate data with end-to-end management

The partnership integrates Talroo’s “TalentSync” database, which contains millions of active, first-party profiles of frontline and skilled trades workers, with hireEZ’s platform. These profiles include contact information, certifications, years of experience, and industry-specific soft skills. Talroo will resell hireEZ’s platform to its customers, integrating hireEZ’s workflows into existing talent attraction campaigns. Simultaneously, hireEZ will provide its clients with access to Talroo’s TalentSync database and, subsequently, Talroo’s profile-driven programmatic ad solutions.

The companies highlight that many frontline and skilled workers do not rely on traditional job boards or resumes, making them difficult to reach through conventional recruiting methods. Talroo states that a majority of its audience is not found on other job sites, and a recent analysis indicated that over 97% of its frontline worker profiles were not active on major B2B-oriented social networking sites.

Key benefits of the partnership, according to the companies, include:

  • Exclusive access: Access to millions of frontline and skilled trades TalentSync profiles.
  • Industry-specific insights: Ability to screen candidates based on certifications, experience, and qualifications.
  • AI-driven matching: Use of hireEZ’s AI-powered sourcing to connect with qualified candidates.
  • Enhanced hiring: More efficient recruitment for high-demand roles in skilled trades, healthcare, logistics, and other frontline positions.

Improper AI strategy could cost companies nearly 30% of shareholder value

The partnership aims to give employers greater visibility into candidate quality and campaign ROI, allowing talent acquisition teams to refine their strategies and improve hiring outcomes, particularly for high-volume and specialized roles. The companies state they both are attempting to bring inbound and outbound hiring to the same place.
