The first renders of the Google Pixel 10 series, including the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL, have emerged, showcasing a design similar to the previous Pixel 9 models. The official launch is expected in August 2025.

These CAD-based renders from Android Headlines and OnLeaks indicate that Google will retain the flat sides and raised camera bar that characterized the Pixel 9 series. Notably, there are no additional buttons, adhering to the design language established in recent models. The only significant design alteration involves relocating the SIM slot from the bottom to the top of the device, allowing space for an extra speaker cutout.
The Pixel 10 measures 152.8 x 72 x 8.6mm, making it slightly thicker than the Pixel 9’s dimensions of 152.8 x 72 x 8.5mm. The camera bump extends an additional 3.4mm, resulting in a total thickness of 12mm. This minimal change in measurements may allow for the compatibility of cases between the Pixel 10 and Pixel 9 series. The same dimensions apply to the Pixel 10 Pro, according to separate renders that Android Headlines provided.
The Pixel 10 Pro XL features dimensions of 162.7 x 76.6 x 8.5mm, maintaining the same thickness but being 0.1mm shorter than the Pixel 9 Pro XL. The three phones are expected to display a 6.3-inch OLED screen, which remains unchanged from their predecessors. Similarity in dimensions suggests that the bezels will also be consistent.
Additional details reveal that the Pixel 10 is code-named ‘Frankel’ and will continue to implement a flat design with slightly curved edges for improved ergonomics. The power button will again be positioned above the volume rocker, which is atypical compared to other smartphones currently on the market. The Pixel 10 Pro is said to include a large camera module with triple rear cameras, including a periscope telephoto camera.
The Pixel 10 series is anticipated to feature the Tensor G5 3nm SoC developed by TSMC, also incorporating a two-core PowerVR IMG DXT-48-1536 GPU. The device is expected to have 16GB of RAM and is reportedly testing the MediaTek T900 modem. While no specific camera specifications have been confirmed, there is potential for 4K 60fps HDR video support due to the capabilities of the new chip.
As a continuation of the Pixel tradition, the Pixel 10 series should launch alongside Android 16, which is slated for release in June 2025, well before the anticipated launch of the Pixel 10. This pattern indicates an early launch similar to that of the Pixel 9 series, which debuted in August 2024.
