Samsung is set to unveil its Galaxy S25 Edge next month, following teasers at recent launch events. Leaks from reliable tipster Ice Universe have provided insight into the phone’s dimensions and pricing.
The Galaxy S25 Edge is reported to weigh 162 grams and measure 5.84mm in thickness, making it significantly slimmer than the standard S25’s 7.2mm. In terms of pricing, the S25 Edge is expected to be “similar” to the S25 Plus, which starts at $999, suggesting a comparable price range.
Specifications and features of the S25 Edge
Ice Universe also shared a front render of the S25 Edge, showing ultra-slim bezels comparable to those on the S25 Ultra. The phone’s display is said to measure 6.65 inches, and it is anticipated to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The camera setup will include a 200MP primary sensor and a 12MP ultrawide sensor, lacking a telephoto lens.

Powering the device will be a 3,900mAh battery, supporting 25W wired charging. Color options rumored for the S25 Edge include Light Blue, Black, and Silver.
The launch is expected in April, although there are indications that the device may not be available in stores until May, with an initial production run limited to 40,000 units. The S25 Edge was also showcased at Galaxy Unpacked and MWC, indicating its development stage.
While details about the dual rear cameras are not fully disclosed, Samsung is likely focusing on AI-powered photography enhancements to make up for the absence of a telephoto lens. The smaller battery capacity raises questions about battery life, though Samsung may improve software efficiency to address potential concerns.
