The AI-Native Banking and Fintech Conference will return to Salt Lake City on September 30, 2025. Hosted by Spring Labs, the event will be held at the University of Utah. The conference is geared towards exploring practical applications of artificial intelligence within the financial services sector.

The 2025 conference builds upon the inaugural event held in 2024. It aims to provide a platform for industry professionals to discuss and learn about real-world use cases of generative AI and AI-native applications in banking and fintech.

The conference organizer, Spring Labs, develops AI-powered solutions for financial institutions, focusing on compliance and customer experience (CX). The company initially focused on using conversational intelligence for complaints management and has since expanded its AI capabilities to encompass broader customer experience, contact center management, and GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) workflows.
