The jointly developed predictive management system utilizes artificial intelligence, including machine learning and generative AI, to monitor Turkcell’s network performance. The technology predicts potential anomalies in advance, enabling proactive measures to maintain network stability. Additionally, the solution provides real-time visualizations and detailed root cause analyses of anticipated network issues, facilitating quicker operator responses.
According to Prof. Dr. Vehbi Çağrı Güngör, Turkcell’s Chief Network Technologies Officer, initial testing has shown that the predictive management solution effectively uses real-time data to detect and address network issues early, significantly enhancing operational performance.
