Firstsource, a global provider of digital services and AI solutions, has announced the launch of its new AI platform, Agentic AI Studio, designed to automate workplace tasks through specialized artificial intelligence (AI) agents. The platform is part of the broader ‘relAI’ suite offered by Firstsource, aimed at redefining how organizations integrate AI into workflows and task management.

How does Agentic AI Studio work?

The primary function of Agentic AI Studio is to divide human tasks into specialized activities that can be individually executed by AI models, each designed for specific roles. These models coordinate in a unified manner, optimizing task allocation and completion efficiency. The platform includes four modules—Xplore, Evaluate, Weave, and Monitor—to systematically manage and implement AI tasks while ensuring responsible use.

Firstsource emphasizes flexibility in the platform’s design, ensuring that enterprises can adapt easily as technology evolves. It is designed to be compatible with future technological developments and is industry-agnostic, allowing businesses from various sectors to incorporate these AI-driven solutions.

Idnani emphasized the importance of providing immediate and tangible benefits to users through innovative and operational improvements.

Hasit Trivedi, Chief Digital and AI Officer, highlighted that the Agentic AI Studio simplifies the integration of AI into organizational roles by clearly defining how AI agents manage tasks. He noted that the platform accelerates the delivery of industry-specific AI solutions, allowing customers immediate utilization and quicker returns on their investments.

The platform comprises four main modules—Xplore, Evaluate, Weave, and Monitor—intended to streamline AI integration and management processes. These modules collectively support businesses in implementing AI responsibly, maintaining operational oversight, and ensuring the effective deployment of technology solutions within their operations.
