IT-Harvest selected for Google’s AI for cybersecurity startup program

IT-Harvest has been chosen as one of 16 startups worldwide to participate in the 2025 Google for Startups Growth Academy: AI for Cybersecurity. The year-long program is designed to support AI-driven cybersecurity startups by providing access to mentorship, industry experts, and tailored resources to help them scale their solutions.

AI-driven cybersecurity solutions in focus

The Growth Academy will provide personalized workshops and mentoring from experts at Google AI, Mandiant, VirusTotal, and Google Cloud. The initiative begins on March 26 in Warsaw, Poland, offering selected companies a platform to refine their AI-based cybersecurity solutions and expand their market presence.

“Being selected for Google’s Growth Academy is a significant milestone for IT-Harvest,” said Richard Stiennon, co-founder and chief research analyst at IT-Harvest. “This opportunity will enable us to enhance our platform and expand our reach while supporting our enterprise customers.”

IT-Harvest’s role in cybersecurity research

IT-Harvest operates a platform that tracks and analyzes over 4,000 cybersecurity vendors and 11,300 security products, helping organizations make data-driven decisions to strengthen their security posture. The company’s selection for the Growth Academy highlights its role in advancing AI-driven research and analysis within the cybersecurity sector.

The Google for Startups Growth Academy aims to foster innovation in AI-powered cybersecurity, connecting startups with industry leaders and investors to accelerate growth. The program is part of Google’s broader initiative to support emerging AI technologies in security.
