Voice-based marketing automation service provider, Ifbyphone, is coming up with a new release to manage and measure inbound sales and service calls and it will include tools to analyze keywords in phone conversations and integrations with a number of marketing automation platforms.

“Inbound phone calls are the most effective, and least understood, channel enterprises have for acquiring new business and maintaining customer loyalty,” points out Irv Shapiro, CEO of Ifbyphone. “The new enhancements provide complete, 360-degree analysis and management of every inbound phone lead to help marketers optimize lead generation and fuel revenue growth.”

The technology which detects keywords is designed to monitor inbound sales and support calls and uses customizable criteria to grade each conversation. Keyword spotting can be used to determine, among other things, if a call converted to sale and if the support agent followed approved scripts.
